International Lyric Academy in Italy is now casting all roles, featuring fully staged Operas Falstaff by G. Verdi, Little Women by M. Adamo, Die Fledermaus by J. Since 2025, GREVE OPERA ACADEMY (4-week residency) offers the opportunity to study & perform roles in staged productions with a professional orchestra. The 2025 edition will feature a full production of a double-bill of PAGLIACCI & GIANNI SCHICCHI, and other concerts. The Academy, developed & offered by internationally acclaimed faculty, includes daily voice lessons, staging sessions, masterclasses & Italian language classes. Performances will take place in Greve, Figline Valdarno, Empoli, Florence, & possibly other locations. Designed to be a career accelerator, Greve Opera Academy offers to selected participants performances with the Teatro Lirico D'Europa and, if chosen, opportunities with the renowned Vienna-Tel Aviv Opera Connection. 

Since its founding in 1998 by American bass-baritone Richard Cowan, the Festival Lyrique-en-mer has been dedicated to the training and support of young singers through its Young Artists Academy. For more than two decades, Belle-Île, with its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, has provided an inspiring setting for nurturing young talents and enriching the artistic life of the island. The Jensen Foundation supports America’s most promising young opera professionals with its annual Vocal Competition. Singers compete for their share of $50,000 in awards this year, including a $15,000 First Place award and the $10,000 Facing Forward Award, in honor of the Jensen Competition’s 25th Anniversary. The 2025 competition takes place in New York City May 12-17. The singing environment is well-organized and supportive, with professional accompanists and judges.
