Join us for an elite young artist program of only 12 singers within the prestigious summer festival of the Opéra des Landes.
Over 4 ½ weeks, you will be immersed in French culture, evolve as an artist, and showcase your talent on a professional stage. Join us in the town of Soustons in southwest France – a region rich in history and culture, and just minutes from miles of beaches along the Atlantic coast.
Learn and sing in French before a French audience that is warm and appreciative. Grow in a place that is ready to help and ready to let you soar. Meet the moment and gain exposure through professional performances and auditions.
- Only 12 singers chosen = personalized, individual growth
- DAILY PRIVATE COACHINGS and vocal work with French masters: Hélène Blanic, coach to the Paris Opéra, and Gaspard Brécourt, international conductor and pianist
- Agent panel audition + feedback: Sing for multiple agents and gain professional contacts for future work
- French + Acting classes: Learn French and use it immediately in a professional environment. Acting seminar from massive French talent to master movement onstage.
- Aria concert, opera scenes, and recitals: Perform with orchestra in a restored château, sing on the main stage, and perform intimate recitals across the region
- 10+ performance dates in the Festival ensure you have a chance to stand out
- Wellness workshop + Yoga: take care of the body and mind in a professional setting. Spend time with a Doctor of Psychology to discuss anxiety and performance pressure.
- Just minutes from miles of beaches on the Atlantic coast accessible by bike!
