The Hawaii Performing Arts Festival, a summer vocal training program on Hawai'i's beautiful Big Island, is now accepting applications for their 2013 season. Opportunities include an Italian Opera Intensive, a Baroque Opera Boot Camp, and many additional performance opportunities. Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2013, but live auditions will be held in New York as early as November 30.

Il Cuore Canta, now in its second year, is an all-scholarship program that will be held in the charming town of Cold Spring, NY. Each participant will receive frequent individual singing lessons with Deborah Carmichael, coachings and other training, and attendance will be free of charge to attendees. The deadline to apply is November 30, 2012.

Pantos, and Artistic Director, Louis Burkot sat down with us to share their insights about the audition and application process for their Summer 2013 Young Artist Program. Applications are open for the program with auditions nationwide. Auditions are being scheduled on a rolling basis, so don't wait to apply!

We are thrilled to announce that the application for the Bel Canto at Caramoor Young Artist Program is now open. The deadline to apply is November 17 for New York auditions in early December, but don't wait until the last minute: to get your preferred audition date and time, we strongly recommend you apply early!

We are thrilled to welcome The Liederkranz Foundation Vocal Competition as our newest online application company member. Awards for this competition range from $1500 to upwards of $8,000 in three categories: Opera, Wagner and Art Song/Lieder. Deadline for all divisions is November 15.
