In collaboration with Colorado College, Opera Theatre of the Rockies will present the 2023 Vocal Arts Festival, a training and performance intensive directed by internationally acclaimed operatic soprano, Martile Rowland, joined by an array of distinguished faculty. Enrollment in the Festival is open to all serious voice students.  Participants will receive intensive training in the vocal and dramatic arts with emphasis on performance.
