There is no age limit to work with Resonanz Opera. The Handel Aria Competition encourages singers of all voice types to explore the repertoire of Handel. The preliminary recording round is due by midnight on April 1, 2018. The final round will take place on Friday June 8, 2018 at 7:30 in Mills Concert Hall at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Mead Witter School of Music. Prizes: First prize: $1,500, Second prize: $1000, Third prize: $750, Audience Favorite: $500. Finalists will be given up to $500 for travel to Madison. (limited to actual expense.) The Opera Naples Academy is a ten day program that provides individual vocal instruction and coaching from master teachers.
