Opera Experience Southeast is the newest organization to use our application service this season, and we are pleased to welcome them aboard! This program offers successful applicants a paid opportunity to perform at least one complete operatic role in one or more staged public performances in the Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC area. Auditions will be held in New York this April, and the deadline to apply is March 27.
The Opera Birmingham Vocal Competition will be held again this year in May 2013, and the application is now live on YAP Tracker. An early bird discounted application fee will be offered through March 22, and a final deadline of April 19 applies. The Competition is open to singers who are currently permanent residents of the United States of America, and prizes range from $1,000 through $3,500.
