The 2025 NTD 10th International Chinese Vocal Competition will take place from August 29–31 at Merkin Hall, Kaufman Music Center, New York City. There will be preliminary in Taiwan at July 28, and Germany at July 31, 2025 as well. And registration is now open at our official website. Open to Chinese vocal artists and vocal students aged 18–50, the competition provides a world-class platform to showcase talent and refine artistry. Esteemed vocalists from Shen Yun Performing Arts will join the jury panel. Following the competition, an exclusive Winners’ Concert will feature award recipients and renowned vocalists. The 2025 Summer Turin Opera Festival is now recruiting opera singers and orchestra members for Mozart's "Le Nozze di Figaro". We invite all music enthusiasts to join this artistic feast! Participants prepare & perform Puccini's Suor Angelica (double cast) with full staging, costumes & orchestra at the historic Church of St. Simon & St. Jude where Mozart and Haydn worked, and which is the second home of the Prague Symphony Orchestra. Lyric Arts France is a professional training and performance-centered Young Artists Program for emerging professional singers. The program takes place in the lovely mediaeval town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue in southwestern France, with full-scale opera productions (a flamenco-inspired Carmen and an English/French version of The Fantasticks) with chamber orchestra, vocal music concerts including French Art Song, and public masterclasses. Due to last-minute cancellations, opportunities are available for some roles in Carmen (an Escamillo, a Frasquita, a Mercédès, and a Remendado) and also in The Fantasticks to create a second cast!
