SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE: Varna International Opera Academy 2022!

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR FAME, THE MUSICAL - fully-staged orchestral performances on the breathtaking shores of The Grand Strand, in Myrtle Beach and Conway, SC. JULY 7 - AUGUST 3, 2022. 

Varna International now offering significant scholarships for lead, supporting, and ensemble roles in the staged orchestral productions of The Musical, FAME! during Varna International Music Academy and Muzika! The Grand Strand Music Festival. 

All Comprimario artists sing in the oratorio, opera chorus, and Musical Theater ensembles, receive voice lessons & coaching, participate in vocal masterclasses, Alexander Technique classes, Masterclasses in movement, stage technique, stage combat, contemporary dance technique (ballet, jazz, hip hop), acrobatics, and pantomime. Participation includes lodging at Coastal Carolina University residences and all meals. 

VIMA combines prestigious performance opportunities and world-class training under the tutelage of internationally-renowned faculty: Alex Lefevre, Broadway, Off-Broadway, Coastal Carolina University; Jean Kerr, Illinois Wesleyan University; Dee Anna Hiett, University of Missouri-Kansas City. 

Our 2022 VIMA participants will be eligible to apply for future Varna International Productions in Europe and the USA.
