The 9th annual James Toland Vocal Arts Competition 2022: deadline approaching!

APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED! The 9th annual JTVA Vocal Competition returns to the stage, in-person for the first time since 2019, and in an exciting new venue in San Francisco! We welcome exceptional singers in genres from opera, oratorio and art songs, to jazz, musical theater and cabaret standards. There are no specific age, education or residency requirements. Two levels of competition based on vocal experience are offered. Awards total $50,000, and ALL finalists receive a cash award. Applications will be accepted only until March 25, 2022.
