Hawaii Performing Arts Festival is a study/performance program in one of the most inspiring settings on Earth. Participants will receive intense training from an expert faculty consisting of private voice lessons, coaching sessions, and staging while preparing for performance. Parts are still available in staged productions with orchestra for Purcell’s The Fairy Queen; Mozart’s The Magic Flute and Sondheim’s Into the Woods. Opera and Musical Theater Scenes, a Cabaret Concert and Recitals are also scheduled, as well as Masterclasses, and classes in Dance/Movement, Acting, Career Development.

Accepting video auditions from students students who wish to be considered for:
Young Singer program (age 14-graduating high-school seniors*)
Developing Singer program (graduating high-school seniors*-age 29)

Young Singer (ages 14-college Freshman)
• Please prepare two contrasting Songs. These may be classical or musical theatre selections.
Developing and Professional Fellow. Please prepare the following:
• One selection in German (aria or lied)
• One selecion in English (aria or art song)
• One Musical Theater song (if you wish to be considered for Into the Woods)
