Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Houston's Vocal Career Grant Competition: apply by 12/22!

The Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Houston is taking applications from performers for a set of career grants open to anyone 35 years or younger as of January 29th, 2022.  Finalists will perform in Houston for the awarding of the grants and be awarded a stipend of $100.

The Competition will award 1st Prize of $2,500, 2nd Prize of $1,500, 3rd Prize of $750, as well as a voted Audience Favorite Prize of $500. All eligible performers are invited to submit one song (either opera, musical theater, or operetta - NO ART SONG) by the extended deadline of December 22.  The application fee is $30.
