The Society for Performance & Visual Arts: BOSTON SINGER’S AUDITION PACKAGE!

Working hard to get your foot in the door at a local theater or opera company? - a paid chorus or church job? - a young artist program? - a house audition? - a management opportunity? Or simply needing new recordings to share with your voice students or for your media? We're here to help! We can provide the service that will give your media a boost and get you your next opportunity.

More about our people and spaces:

Billy Jewell has recorded hundreds of singers during his tenure at Longy School of Music in Pickman Hall, and has personally set up Somerville Music Spaces to be extremely recording friendly for all types of voices.

Tristan Leung is a successful pianist, former Music Academy of the West fellow, and is finishing his DMA at New England Conservatory. He works excellently with all kinds of repertoire and specializes in collaborative piano for opera and art song. He will be playing for masterclasses and the recordings.

Justin Werner is the founder of Stratagem Artists and has elevated singers' careers all over the world! An example of those on his roster include some favorites seen in Boston: Chelsea Basler, Nina Yoshida Nelson, Daniel Moody, Daniel Belcher, Phillip Lopez, and more.

Kirsten Chambers is an accomplished soprano and voice teacher having sung with the Metropolitan Opera, San Diego Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Hong Kong, etc... She has recently been seen teaching masterclasses at the Classical Singer Convention, Monterrey Summer Opera Academy, International Summer Festival at Opera Morelia, and Vincero Academy.

Somerville Music Spaces is conveniently located near Davis Square on the red line in Boston, or the 87, 89, and 90 bus routes, and features low-cost street parking. All masterclasses and recordings will take place in the Performance Space which has all wood floors and state-of-the-art recording equipment.

Times for recording and masterclasses operate on a first-come-first serve basis and by specific request.
