Full-tuition scholarship at The Academy of Vocal Arts: deadline January 12, 2024!

The Academy of Vocal Arts accepts singers on a full-tuition scholarship basis for a four-year Artists Diploma that is fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music. 

Super-easy application process for the first-round. 3 videos, resume and 2 professional references. NO formal reference letters are required, it's a quick 10-question form complete by the person offering your their reference. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete. 

Our Resident Artists perform lead-roles in our three yearly opera productions, performed with a union orchestra. All singers receive a weekly voice lessons, daily coachings (yes, at least one each day), as well as advanced classes in acting, combat, dance, language study, opera history and the business of opera. 

This year alone, AVA hosted auditions on our campus with the Glimmerglass Festival, Wolf Trap Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera, Opera Zurich, Santa Fe and many others. No need to travel for auditions, auditions come to us!
