Ravinia's Steans Music Institute is the Ravinia Festival’s professional studies program for young musicians; the Program for Singers exists to promote the art of song, focusing on the central repertoire of German, French, English, and American art song. Everyone accepted for the program receives a full fellowship covering all Institute activities, housing, most meals and intercampus transportation. The International Vocal Competition ‘s-Hertogenbosch (IVC) has been Holland’s sole international classical vocal competition since 1954.
