Why won't my resume upload?

Having trouble getting your resume to upload? Typically, the issues with resumes are:

1. You've saved it as a docx file instead of a doc file. Unfortunately, we can't assume that all companies will have the latest version of microsoft office, so we limit the file type to pdf or doc files. Docx files are what is now standard on office, but you'll need to save it as a doc file if you are using that file type.

2. The resume is very large because it contains a graphic or an oversized photo. If you have a photo on your resume, reduce the photo size first with file reduction software before pasting it to your resume.  The FAQ for image reduction can be found here.

3. You have an odd character in the resume title. Our program does allow for standard characters, but if you have a / or a " other items that are typically used in programming or file sorting, it will prevent the file from being uploaded.
