Tracking Private Opportunities

Some opportunities fall outside of the scope of what YAP Tracker publishes, and some organizations prefer to keep their upcoming auditions on an invitation only basis. If you plan to apply or have been granted an audition for such an opportunity, you can still keep track of the listing by entering the details in your Private Opportunities, found under the Opportunties menu item. 

You can also use this feature if you are a representative of a company and wish to advertise an opportunity on our site. For either situation, click the Add a private listing link to get started. If you wish to make the opportunity public, click the Save and Submit to YAP Tracker for Publishing button when you are finished entering the details.

Please note: if a new instance of a commonly published opportunity is available before our staff have had the chance to publish it, we always welcome emails from our members to request the new listing be created. There is no need to create a private opportunity for such offerings, but you are always welcome to do so if that is your preference.
