Archiving Apps To Send

There may be opportunities you were initially interested but for one reason or another decided not to apply for. Once the application deadline has passed, these opportunities are not automatically moved to the Not Interested This Year set of opportunities. Instead you must manually move them to this state. 

To help move a batch of these types of opportunities, we have added the ability to bulk move all past opportunities that are in the Applications to Send state. To do this:

1. Visit https://www.yaptracker.com/applications/applications-to-send/

2. Make sure that the interest is set to 'App to Send' and the status is set to 'Past'.

You will see a blue box under the filters providing an option to bulk move the items.

3. Click the link in the blue box and confirm the operation.
