Resident Artist Program/Shreveport Opera Xpress Application (2021-22)

This application closed on Wednesday January 13, 2021.

These are trying times, therefore Shreveport Opera will be accepting Video Applications Only for the 2021-22 season. The submitted video must be current - date stamped on or after September 1, 2020

We need the video to be unedited content except whatever pause is necessary between selections.

Please adhere to selection requirements - Three contrasting arias plus one Golden Era Musical theater in English. Arias have no language requirement.

Please...offer what you do best. Also - please understand that you are auditioning for our resident artist program. Mid August through Thanksgiving & Jan. 1 - mid May. Please do not apply unless you can comit to this program.
