Please indicate ALL days you are available for the competition. While efforts will be made to accomodate date requests, the Jensen Foundation cannot guarantee any date and flexibility will be rewarded! All finalists MUST be available Saturday, May 26, 2012. Please note that Memorial Day is May 28, 2012.

Your arias should showcase your range of work--but musical theater and oratorio are not accepted.

Any changes to your audition selections must be done through YAP Tracker by April 30, 2012. No changes will be accepted after that date.

I am not a past or current recipient of a contract with an OPERA American Budget Level I company or its international equivalent (This does not include cover roles or chorus roles or apprentice/young artist programs).

List two musical references with whom you have worked regularly. List name, title, phone and email.*

List all YOUNG ARTIST programs and dates of participation.*
