I, the undersigned, do hereby assign the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, to The Art Song Preservation Society, its members, employees, affiliates, and/or agents (hereafter collectively referred to as “ASPS”) with respect to any and all video footage, audio recordings, photographs, and any and all media that have or will be taken and/or used in any and all media outlets, now or hereafter.

I further consent that although video footage, audio recordings, photographs, and any and all media may be used in any and all media outlets by ASPS at their discretion, my name and identity may not be revealed by descriptive text or commentary without my consent.

I do hereby release to ASPS all rights to exhibit any and all video footage, audio recordings, or other media publicly or privately, in any and all media outlets; and to market and sell copies of said media with or without my knowledge.

I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of video footage, audio recordings, my identity or likeness, and any and all other media in any and all media outlets.

I understand that I will not receive any financial or other remuneration resulting from the exhibition, marketing, sale, or any other use of any and all video footage or audio recording of me, now or hereafter.

I also understand that ASPS is not responsible for any expense or liability that may be incurred as a result of my participation in this recording, including any and all expenses due to sickness or injury incurred as a result.

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement.
